Justin Smith

Justin Smith is an accomplished Regional Manager with extensive experience in property management, including leadership roles at Berkshire and F&F Realty. At Berkshire, Justin successfully managed a 302-unit luxury community in Austin, achieving significant increases in NOI and occupancy rates while enhancing online reputation and payment penetration. Prior to Berkshire, Justin oversaw multiple large communities, consistently meeting financial goals and successfully implementing operational improvements. Early in Justin's career, roles at Equity Residential included Assistant Property Manager and Leasing Agent, during which noteworthy achievements in revenue increases and client relations were recognized.
