Kimberly Pherigo

Kimberly Pherigo is a seasoned property management professional with extensive experience in various managerial roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as Senior Property Manager and Community Manager at Berkshire since July 2021, Kimberly has also held the position of Community Manager at Adara Communities from July 2018 to July 2021. Prior experience includes roles as Community Manager, Floating Community Manager, and Assistant Community Manager at Cortland Partners, as well as Assistant Manager at Nolan Real Estate Services. Kimberly began their career in property management at The Fountains of Conroe and Martin Fein, both as an Assistant Property Manager. Kimberly's educational background includes studies at San Jacinto College from 1998 to 2000.
