Christiane von der Eltz

Christiane von der Eltz is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as General Manager and Executive Board Member at BERLIN-CHEMIE Menarini since June 2022, Christiane has previously held the position of General Manager and Managing Director at Merck Schweiz AG and in the Netherlands from July 2015 to June 2022. Additional roles include Director of the Business Unit Endocrinology, Fertility, and Primary Care at Merck Serono, as well as positions in marketing at Pfizer and Eli Lilly and Company. Christiane's career began in sales at MSD and encompasses leadership roles, including a managerial position at @p@ Kommunikation. Christiane holds a Staatsexamen in Pharmacy from Goethe University Frankfurt and has pursued further education at INSEAD and the London Business School.
