Mathias Hamann

Mathias Hamann is an experienced professional in communication and social management, serving as Gründer und Gesellschafter at IKG - Institut für Kommunikation und Gesellschaft since October 2015, where training focuses on rhetoric, personal development, and communication skills. Simultaneously, Mathias has been involved with BERLINER STADTMISSION since December 2009, currently working on networking within politics and civil society and previously leading refugee and homeless shelters. As a workshop leader at MentorMe since September 2015, Mathias conducts interactive sessions on negotiation, networking, vision implementation, and presentation rhetoric. Additionally, from March 2012 to June 2018, Mathias led seminars for the Schwarzkopf-Stiftung Junges Europa, facilitating workshops in over 120 schools and developing courses on EU economic policy.
