Tobias Amend

Tobias Amend has extensive experience in human resources and management, currently serving as Sachbearbeiter in Personalauswahl und Karriere at Berliner Feuerwehr since November 2023. Previously, Tobias held the position of HR-Manager at Scopeland Technology and worked as a recruiter at LHH, specializing in executive recruitment. From July 2013 to January 2022, Tobias served as HR-Manager at Premium Entertainment GmbH, overseeing personnel management and employee leadership for over 100 staff members. Additionally, experience includes roles as Regionalverkaufsleiter at ALDI Nord and Operations Manager at Greater Union Filmpalast GmbH. Tobias holds a Bachelor of Science in International Management and Business as well as Health Management, and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Technische Hochschule Lübeck, and is currently pursuing a Master of Science at FernUniversität in Hagen.
