Previously, Dr. Kaufmann was a member of the Corporate Executive Board of thyssenkrupp AG, overseeing strategic and entrepreneurial initiatives while managing responsibilities in legal, ethics, compliance, and sustainability. Additional experience includes leadership roles at METRO AG, Boehringer Ingelheim GmbH, and various telecommunications companies.
