Molly Stenzel is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management consulting, organizational development, and strategic planning. Currently serving as Deputy Managing Director at Berlin Global Village since May 2024, Molly previously held roles such as Senior Consultant and Interim COO at May & Company, overseeing a diverse client portfolio and delivering management consulting services in DEI, leadership development, and change management. As President of the Board of Directors for the Women's Flat Track Derby Association, Molly directed strategic planning and policy development. Additionally, Molly founded Track Advantage and QUAD Roller Skate Shop, leading large-scale events and innovative retail operations across multiple countries. Educational credentials include a Master of Public Administration from the Hertie School and a degree from the California College of the Arts.

Berlin Global Village is the Berlin One World Center. Around 50 development-policy and migrant-diasporic associations and initiatives work here on various issues of global justice, sustainability and diversity. As a center we're both a place with a stance and a network. As the operator of the center the Berlin Global Village gGmbH aims to promote cooperation and pool of resources - through coming together, exchange and networking - and the shared infrastructure in our center.
