Mark Warnecke

Mark Warnecke has extensive work experience in various human resources roles. Mark started their career as a Team Assistant for Personal Development at IKEA Group in 2002 and worked there until 2005. Mark then joined product + concept GmbH as an HR Manager from 2005 to 2006. In 2007, they worked briefly as an HR Manager at Postcon Deutschland. From 2007 to the present, they have been with Berlin Heart GmbH, initially as a Manager of Human Resources and currently as the Director of Human Resources & IT.

Mark Warnecke obtained a Diploma in Business Administration (Diplom-Kaufmann) from The University of Göttingen, where they studied Economics, from 1997 to 2002. In 2018 and 2019, they attended the ICA Institut für Coaching und Achtsamkeit, where they pursued a Systemic Coaching and Creative Process Facilitator degree.
