Thomas Schöndorf

Thomas Schmelzle is an accomplished industrial designer with extensive experience in graphic and production design across various industries. Currently working at SDI Technologies, Inc. since August 2022, Thomas previously held roles such as Production Designer at Nephros, where responsibilities included the production design of medical and commercial filtration materials, and Graphic and Web Designer at Matrix Mirrors, focusing on UI/UX and web interactions. Additionally, Thomas has experience as a Multimedia Studio Assistant at Georgia Institute of Technology, assisting with large format printing, and as a Launchpad Lead Student Coordinator. Thomas’s technical expertise includes 3D modeling and rendering, as demonstrated during a consultancy with Children's Healthcare of Atlanta. Thomas holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Product Design from Georgia Institute of Technology and participated in an exchange program at Eindhoven University of Technology.
