Mariano Perez

Mariano Perez is a seasoned professional in credit risk management with extensive experience in the real estate sector. Currently serving as the Head of International Investors - Credit Risk Management at Berlin Hyp AG since April 2017, Mariano leads a team of 13 employees in credit risk assessment and approval processes for real estate loans to international investors in Germany. Prior to this role, Mariano held significant positions at Credit Suisse, FMS Wertmanagement, Deutsche Bank, and Aareal Bank, focusing on credit risk analysis and the management of substantial loan portfolios across Europe, the USA, and Mexico. Academic qualifications include a Management Acceleration Program from INSEAD, MRICS certification from RICS, and bachelor's degrees in Economics and Business Studies from Leibniz Universität Hannover and Universidad de Zaragoza.
