Michael Grebe

Michael Grebe serves as executive chairman of the board of Berlin Packaging.

Grebe served as a director of Berlin Packaging since April 2019, and has a strong track record in senior operating and executive roles. From 1998 to 2016, he served in various leadership positions at Interline Brands, rising to chairman and CEO. During his career at the company, revenues grew from $100 million to $1.7 billion.

Prior to joining Interline, Grebe served in leadership roles with Airgas, Inc and IPCO Safety, Inc., where he was President. Mr. Grebe is also a director of SRS Distribution, Inc., Access Information Management, Inc., the Baptist Health System, and Sterling Talent Solutions.

He earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from The Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan and served as a U.S. Naval Officer.
