Leila Sockolov

Leila Sockolov is an experienced attorney currently working at Berliner Cohen, LLP since February 2020. Prior to this role, Sockolov served as an adjunct professor at Santa Clara University School of Law from August 2018 to July 2020 and held attorney positions at Intellectual Property Law Group LLP and Ellahie & Farooqui LLP from May 2018 to February 2020 and May 2014 to May 2018, respectively. Earlier legal experience includes working as an attorney at Von Till & Associates and as the Environment Coordinator at Silicon Valley Leadership Group. Sockolov has also served as a teaching assistant for Engineering Ethics at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and completed a law clerk position in the chambers of Judge Holly F. Clemons. Sockolov began legal training as a legal intern at the Land of Lincoln Legal Assistance Foundation. Educational qualifications include a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Illinois College of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
