Marco Campagna is a Litigation Associate at Berliner Cohen, with a tenure starting in September 2007, focusing on legal research and writing for Complaints, Pleadings, and Discovery, as well as facilitating settlement, mediation, and arbitration. Prior to this role, Marco served as an Associate Attorney at Van Der Walde & Associates from November 2006 to May 2007, representing personal injury plaintiffs by investigating claims, negotiating settlements, and preparing cases for trial. Marco began the legal career as a Research Assistant at the Northern California Innocence Project from June 2004 to May 2006 and completed a law degree at Santa Clara University School of Law between 2003 and 2006.
