Tobias Bluhm

Tobias Bluhm currently serves as the Leiter BFC Dynamo Nachwuchszentrum at Berliner Fussballclub Dynamo e.V. since March 2024, overseeing both sports and organizational management. As the founder of Kinderfussball.org since January 2017, Tobias has significantly contributed to youth football initiatives. Previously, experience includes serving as U9 Trainer for 1. FC Union Berlin from July 2023 to February 2024, and as Sportlicher Leiter Grundlagenbereich (U7-U12) and Trainer im Grundlagenbereich at BFC DYNAMO from June 2016 to June 2023. Educational qualifications include a Staatlich geprüfter Erzieher from Fachschule für angewandte Pädagogik der tjfbg Berlin (2020-2023) and a degree in Sportmanagement from IST-Hochschule für Management (2016-2018).
