Hui Fila has a diverse range of work experience in the field of design and motion graphics. They started their career as a Web Designer for China Network Television, where they designed web pages and created promotional materials for events. They then worked as a Graphic Designer for Bethel China Foundation, where they were responsible for designing collateral materials and posters for charitable events. Hui then moved on to work at the Rochester Institute of Technology, where they held multiple roles including Graphic Designer, CAD drafter, and Adjunct Instructor. In these roles, they created branding materials, designed printed materials, and taught 3D modeling and graphic design classes. They then worked as a Motion Graphic Designer at Fresh Communications, where they created e-Learning user interfaces and motion graphics. Currently, Hui is employed as an Art Director at Berman and Company, where they produce motion graphics and commercials for clients while also managing recruitment for the team. Their work experience spans from 2010 to the present.
Hui Fila earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Business Administration from Beijing Technology and Business University from 2007 to 2011. From 2007 to 2011, Hui Fila also obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Digital Entertainment from the same university. Later, from 2011 to 2014, Hui Fila pursued a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) degree in Computer Graphics Design at Rochester Institute of Technology.
