Charlie King is an experienced attorney currently with Berman & Simmons since October 2023. Prior to this role, Charlie served as an attorney at McCloskey, Mina, Cunniff & Frawley, LLC from July 2022 to October 2023, and as an associate at Herman Herman KATZ & Cotlar from November 2015 to July 2022. Charlie's prior experience includes working as an appellate and clawback attorney for the Deepwater Horizon Economic Claims Center, where representation involved appeals from fraudulent claim denials, investigation of claims, and negotiation of settlements. Additionally, Charlie was a senior law clerk to Justice James W. Kitchens at the Supreme Court of Mississippi from December 2012 to February 2015, conducting legal research and drafting legal opinions. Charlie holds a Juris Doctor degree from Tulane University Law School and a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Louisiana State University.
