Thomas Christopher Famous JP MP serves in various significant roles within the Government of Bermuda and private sectors. Currently, Thomas is a member of the Boundaries Commission, responsible for setting constituency boundaries for upcoming general elections, and serves as Parliamentary Private Secretary to the Minister of Home Affairs. Additionally, Thomas is the Chairperson of the Bermuda Housing Corporation and co-hosts the online talk show Territories Talk. Thomas's extensive experience at Bermuda Electric Light Company Limited includes roles as a plant technician and plant specialist since March 1993. In media, Thomas hosts a radio talk show at Bermuda Broadcasting Company and contributes as a columnist for Caribbean News Now, Virgin Islands News Online, and The Royal Gazette Limited, focusing on historic, social, and political issues. Thomas is a member of the Progressive Labour Party and has been serving as a Member of Parliament since July 2017. Educational qualifications include a 4th Class Power Engineering degree and a comprehensive academic background from Bermuda College and the Berkeley Institute.
