Scott Pearman

Scott Pearman, MBA, is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in healthcare and business management. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer for Bermuda Hospitals Board since 2011, Scott previously held the position of Deputy Chief Executive Officer, overseeing critical areas such as human resources and corporate governance. As Chief Operating Officer at Bermuda Hospitals Board, Scott managed a $70 million budget and a workforce of 350 for the national health service. Concurrently, Scott is the CEO of Sino-Bermuda Exchange, which aims to strengthen diplomatic and investment relations between China and Bermuda. Additionally, Scott is a founding COO of Inter-Island Communications Ltd., a radio broadcast media company. Scott’s educational background includes an MBA from Queen's University, a certificate in Doing Business In China from CEIBS, and a Master's degree in Labour Relations & Human Resources from Michigan State University.
