Cindy Matlow

Cindy Matlow has had extensive work experience in the hospitality industry. Cindy started their career as a Corporate Sales Manager at Forte and Le Meridian Hotels and Resorts, where they increased sales and developed relationships with key decision-makers. Cindy then moved on to become the Director of Catering at Le Royal Meridian King Edward Hotel, where they managed a catering team and maximized revenues. After that, they joined Canadian Niagara Hotels as the Director of Corporate Sales, where they actively developed new business and maintained partnerships with the Starwood Global Sales Office. Cindy later worked at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. as a Global Account Director, achieving and exceeding sales goals and maintaining strong relationships with hotels worldwide. Currently, they are serving as an Associate Director of Sales at Bern Hotels & Resorts Panama. In addition to their industry experience, Cindy Matlow is also a College Instructor at Conestoga College, teaching Hospitality and Culinary Arts.
