Ryan Goedhart

Ryan Goedhart has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Ryan began their career in 1999 as a Customer Service Supervisor at Helly Hansen. Ryan then went on to work in different roles at Helly Hansen, including Marketing Coordinator and Western Regional Key Account Manager.

In 2005, Ryan founded Elevation Marketing and served as Principal, managing and growing the POW, BERN, and Helly Hansen brands in the Pacific Northwest retail landscape. Ryan established partnerships with leading retailers such as REI, EVO, and Amazon.

Ryan was also a founding member and VP of Sales and Operations at POW Gloves, specializing in gloves for snow sports. Ryan built and managed sales territories and international distributor brand partnerships.

In 2014, Ryan joined Bern Unlimited as Global Business Development, where they managed international markets and cultivated distributor partnerships globally. Ryan traveled extensively to build new partnerships, particularly in Canada.

From 2017 to 2019, Ryan worked as a Program Director at Mywoodwall, Inc., expanding their sustainable wood products with distributors nationally and internationally.

Throughout their career, Ryan has demonstrated expertise in business development, sales, marketing, brand management, and building strategic partnerships.

Ryan Goedhart obtained a Bachelor's degree in Communication Design & Media Arts from California State University, Chico. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Foothill High School in Pleasanton, CA, where they received a HS Diploma.
