Elvira Lopez is a seasoned planning professional with extensive experience in urban planning and development. Currently serving as the Planning Manager for the Planning and Development Services Department at Bernalillo County since October 2017, Elvira Lopez has previously held multiple planning roles at Albuquerque Public Schools, including Manager/Senior Planner and Planner/Demographer, where responsibilities included leading a team for capital master planning for a large student population.
