Frank Baca is currently serving as a County Commissioner for District 2 and a Gaming Commissioner for the Laguna Gaming Control Board. Previously, Baca held positions as a Managing Attorney at Peak Legal Group and as the Crimes Against Children Prosecutor/Deputy in Charge at the 13th Judicial Court, overseeing a team of attorneys and staff. Baca also served as General Counsel and Executive Director of the New Mexico Gaming Control Board, where they managed regulatory oversight of the state's gaming activities. Baca earned a Juris Doctor from the University of New Mexico School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Yale University.
