Andrew Worts

Andrew Worts is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as the Engineering Site Services Manager at 2 Sisters Food Group since September 2022. Prior to this role, Andrew held the position of Site Services Manager at Bernard Matthews from May 2018, alongside previous engineering roles including Engineering Team Leader and Maintenance Engineer at Kinnerton Confectionery Co Ltd from December 2010 to May 2018. Andrew's career began at Bernard Matthews in various capacities from 1996 to 2005, progressing from Trainee Line Leader to Line Manager, and also served as a Line Setter Training Instructor. Earlier experience includes working as a Maintenance Engineer at Boardland Wineries and as a Self-Employed Window Fitter. Andrew completed a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Great Yarmouth College and holds GCSE qualifications from Reepham High School.
