Carlos Ramos

Carlos Ramos has extensive experience in engineering management, currently serving as the Deputy Manager Engineering at Bernard Matthews since February 2007, after progressing from the role of Engineering Supervisor. Prior to this, Carlos worked as Engineering Team Supervisor at Renault factory in Portugal from November 1996 to January 2001, where responsibilities included overseeing the gearbox exchange process, which involved disassembling, inspecting, and rebuilding faulty gearboxes. Carlos holds an Advanced Apprenticeship in Maintenance Engineering from Great Yarmouth College and a degree from Universidade do Algarve, completed in January 1996.
