Mark Healey is an experienced professional in the food safety and hygiene sector, currently serving as Site Hygiene Manager at Bernard Matthews since July 2021. Prior to this role, Mark held the position of Hygiene / Stores Manager at Warburtons from September 2002 to March 2022, and served as Food Safety Manager at Greggs from February 1997 to September 2002. Mark obtained a Master's degree in Food Science from the University of Central Lancashire, which was completed between 1998 and 2002.
