Brittany Mihalik possesses extensive experience in educational and organizational leadership roles. Currently serving as a Freedom School Teacher at The Kitchen since August 2019, Brittany coaches and supports children's learning experiences while developing age-appropriate curriculum and managing classrooms. Simultaneously, Brittany has been the Camp Director at The Osher Marin Jewish Community Center since June 2011, where responsibilities include developing programming vision and objectives, managing staff, overseeing budgets, and ensuring compliance with licensing standards. Previously, Brittany worked as an Area Manager at Rosetta Stone from July 2004 to March 2011, coordinating between corporate offices and retail locations, managing hiring and training processes, and overseeing inventory and resource management.
