Sarah Defino

Sarah DeFino is an experienced early childhood educator with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Child and Adolescent Development from San Francisco State University. Currently serving as a Preschool Teacher at Osher Marin Jewish Community Center since January 2016, Sarah has also contributed as a Substitute Teacher at Caterpillar Academy since 2012, supporting the care and education of children aged two months to three years in a play-based program. Previous roles include an internship at Associated Students, Inc. (ASI), where Sarah facilitated group activities for children ages three to five, and an Assistant Teacher position at Fairfax San Anselmo Children’s Centers from January 2006 to January 2010, where Sarah was responsible for the primary care of a small group within a larger classroom setting.
