Spencer Sargent has a diverse range of work experience in the audio-visual and stagehand industry. They started their career in 2012 as an Assistant Aquatics Manager at Crockett Recreation Assn Inc. From there, they worked as an Audio Video & Lighting Technician Intern at Chico Center for New Thought and as a Studio Manager Staff at California State University, Chico. In 2014, Spencer took on multiple roles simultaneously, working as a Live Sound Engineer at Cafe Coda and 1078 Gallery, as well as an A/V Tech for Independent Contracting. They also joined Laxon Auditorium as a Stage Crew member. In 2016, Spencer became a Stagehand and Audio Technician for I.A.T.S.E. LOCAL 16. In 2018, they took on the role of Lead AV Tech at The Osher Marin Jewish Community Center. Most recently, Spencer has been working as an Audio Visual Support member at Congregation Rodef Sholom since 2020.
Spencer Sargent attended Diablo Valley College from 2009 to 2012 but did not earn a degree or specialize in any field of study during this time. Spencer then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Music Industry & Technology at California State University, Chico from 2012 to 2015.
