Rita Considine Zarabara

Rita Considine Zarabara is an accomplished nursing professional and consultant with extensive experience in healthcare management and clinical coordination. Currently serving as the Nursing Coordinator for the Bernards Township Board of Education since July 2018, Rita has also held the position of CEO at Zarabara Consulting, LLC, since November 2013. Previously, Rita acted as an Athletic Coordinator and Registered Nurse at William Annin Middle School Athletic Organization from June 2009 to August 2023, overseeing athletic teams’ operations and health protocols. Rita's career includes significant roles such as Director of Community Outreach at Astrahealth Center and Co-President of P2P Sports LLC. Rita’s clinical experience includes serving as a Research Coordinator and Clinical Nurse Specialist in Cardiothoracic Surgery at Lenox Hill Hospital, contributing to research administration and nursing staff education. Rita holds a Master of Science in Adult Health Nursing from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Science in Registered Nursing from Molloy University.
