Kyleigh Fair

Kyleigh Fair is a skilled professional with a diverse background in product development, behavior therapy, and healthcare. Currently serving as a Product Developer/Product Designer at Berne Apparel since May 2021, Kyleigh has previously worked as a Behavior Technician at Indiana ABA Institute, where responsibilities included implementing behavior plans and facilitating therapeutic interactions with children with autism. Prior experience as a Certified Nurse's Assistant at Christian Care Retirement Community involved patient care and emergency response. Kyleigh holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a minor in Marketing from the University of Saint Francis, completed in 2016.
