Adrian Roethlisberger

Adrian Roethlisberger serves as the Head of Human Resources Management at Berner Kantonalbank AG since October 2024, leading the HR department with a focus on innovative strategies and employee retention. Previously, Adrian held the position of Head Human Resources at the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority FINMA, overseeing personnel management and strategic HR processes. Adrian co-founded the CamPride BOOKBRIDGE Learning Center in Cambodia, developing a self-sustaining social enterprise. Earlier roles include HR Consultant at BKW FMB Energie AG and (Junior) Associate at CGZ Consulting Group Zurich, Ltd. Adrian holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Bern and has furthered education in international leadership, agile organizational development, and HR management through various institutions.
