Mirco Hager

Mirco Hager currently serves as Leiter Finanzen & Controlling (Stv. GL Finanzen & Risiko) at Berner Kantonalbank AG since August 2025. Prior to this role, Mirco was a member of the executive board in the Bereich Kundenlösungen at Aargauische Kantonalbank from September 2009 to July 2025, also holding a leadership position in Controlling and Risk and Financial Management from February 2013. Mirco's career began at Clariden Leu as a Kreditsachbearbeiter, eventually advancing through various finance and controlling positions across organizations including Kuoni Group, SIX, and IFBC AG, where Mirco specialized in corporate finance consulting for banks. Mirco holds multiple academic credentials, including an Executive Master of Business Administration from the University of Zurich and a CAS in Banksteuerung from Kalaidos Fachhochschule Schweiz, among other qualifications.
