Lindsay Mayo

Lindsay Mayo is the Controller at Bernhard Capital. She is involved in all aspects of finance, compliance, and financial reporting. Prior to joining Bernhard Capital, Lindsay served as Financial Reporting Supervisor, Consolidations for Albemarle Corporation. While at Albemarle, she managed the company’s global consolidation process and assisted with acquisition related accounting, reporting and integration. Prior to this role, Lindsay served as External Reporting Manager for Edgen Group Inc., where she oversaw the preparation of the company’s SEC filings and performed technical accounting research related to disclosure and reporting requirements. Prior to joining Edgen, Lindsay spent over seven years working for The Shaw Group Inc. in roles of increasing responsibility. During her tenure at Shaw, she served as External Reporting Manager, where she was responsible for SEC reporting and consolidations, as well as held various roles within Financial Planning & Analysis and Corporate Accounting.

Lindsay received her B.S. in Accounting from Louisiana State University.
