Mark Spender

Mark Spender is a Partner at Bernhard Capital Partners. Mark has also served as a Board Member at Atlas from January 2019 to February 2020, and at Charah Solutions, Inc. and ATC Group Services LLC from November 2015 to January 2019. Prior to their current role, Spender worked as an Executive Director, Director, and Associate Director at UBS Investment Bank from January 2004 to December 2011, and as a Managing Director at Credit Suisse from September 2011 to September 2015. Mark started their career as an Associate and Analyst at Credit Suisse from January 2000 to December 2004.

Mark Spender has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance from the University of Michigan Business School.
