Daniel Duncan has a diverse work experience in the field of IT. Daniel started their career in 2006 as a Desk Side Analyst - Senior at Dell Services, where they worked until 2012. In 2012, they joined Caldwell Community College as a Systems Admin, and they worked there for three years. Since 2015, Daniel has been working as a Network & Systems Engineer at Bernhardt Furniture Co.

Daniel Duncan attended CCC&TI from 2001 to 2004, where they obtained an Associate of Arts (AA) degree. In 2019, they enrolled at Western Governors University and completed a Bachelor's Degree in Cloud and Systems Administration in 2020. In terms of certifications, Daniel obtained the A+ certification from CompTIA in August 2019, followed by the CompTIA Network+ certification in September 2019. In January 2020, they obtained the ITIL Foundation Level certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice. Daniel also obtained the CompTIA Security+ certification in September 2020 and the CompTIA Project+ certification in June 2020.
