Danielle Spears has over 15 years of experience in compliance and administration. Currently serving as Compliance Team Leader at Bernicia Group since November 2008, Danielle transitioned from the position of Contract Services Administrator, which was rebranded in 2016 to Cyclical Services Officer. Prior to this role, Danielle worked as a Finance Administrative Assistant and held positions as Customer Services Assistant and Business Admin Apprentice at Wansbeck District Council from July 2007 to November 2008.
