Diane Lawson

Diane Lawson is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in the retail sector. Currently serving as a People Business Partner at Bernicia Group since July 2021, Diane previously held multiple roles at Sainsbury's from March 1995 to May 2021, including HR Change Manager and Regional HR Change Manager, where significant change projects were managed across various business units. Diane also has a strong background in HR analytics and collaborative leadership, having improved KPI outcomes in 18 supermarkets and 59 convenience stores. Earlier in their career, Diane acquired operational and management experience with Safeway and Sainsbury's. Diane holds CIPD qualifications and is an Associate Member, Level 5 CIPD, along with a CIPD Certificate in Human Resource Management.
