Jonathan Reeder-Scott

Jonathan Reeder-Scott is an accomplished project manager and surveyor with extensive experience in building surveying and project management, particularly in the education sector. Currently at Bernicia Group since August 2021, Jonathan oversees large refurbishment projects and manages contracts. Previously, Jonathan worked at Eddisons, providing building surveying expertise and handling various responsibilities such as project management and defect analysis. Jonathan's education includes a Building Surveying BSc (Hons) from Northumbria University, where the dissertation focused on enhancing facilities management efficiency through Building Information Modelling. Earlier roles include significant experience as a Lead Asbestos Surveyor at Shield Environmental Services Ltd and JCM Environmental Services Ltd, where Jonathan conducted extensive asbestos surveys and mentored trainee surveyors.
