In 2015, Bernier Pharmaceuticals launched their now-signature face and body cream SolarCare B3, with Vitamin B3 (or Niacinamide) as the hero ingredient. Niacinamide in therapeutic doses may help to reduce the appearance of sun damage over time as well as reduce the appearance of fine lines, blotchy pigmentation, acne and rosacea.

Today, the Bernier Pharmaceuticals range has expanded to include serums, facial moisturisers, sunscreens and oral supplements - all featuring restorative Vitamin B3 (Niacinamide) as the active ingredient.

Vitamin B3 (Niacinamide) is the active ingredient in all Bernier Pharmaceutical products. Our topical formulations contain a minimum of 5% Vitamin B3, and our oral formulation contains 500mg of Vitamin B3.

Pharmacists and father-and-son duo Doug and Jarryd Kelly founded Bernier Pharmaceuticals after being approached by medical professionals with research-backed data on the benefits of Vitamin B3 (Niacinamide) on sun-damaged skin.

Knowing the reality of an outdoor lifestyle in a sun-soaked country  - and with over forty combined years as pharmacists - Doug and Jarryd decided to launch the scientifically-backed product to help reduce the effects of sun damage.
