Roger Horlacher

Roger Horlacher has extensive work experience in various roles within the manufacturing and production industry. Roger is currently employed at BERNINA International AG as the Head of Production, a position they have held since May 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Rieter, where they held multiple roles including Head of Operations from October 2016 to April 2021, Projektmitarbeiter in January 2016, Fertigungsleiter/Produktionstechniker from November 2014 to September 2016, and Prozessfachmann from December 2012 to October 2014. Before joining Rieter, they worked at Ferag AG as a Versuchsmechaniker/Fertigungsfachmann from May 2008 to November 2012. Roger'searlier experience includes working at MTS Maschinenbau AG as a Polymechaniker/CNC Programmierer from January 2005 to April 2008.

Roger Horlacher earned their Executive MBA from the Kalaidos Fachhochschule Schweiz, specializing in Business Engineering, Supply Chain and Logistics Management, and Leadership Advanced. Roger completed this degree from 2020 to 2022.

From 2012 to 2014, Roger Horlacher attended the Schweizerischer Verband für mechanisch-technische Weiterbildung (VMTW) and obtained a degree in Dipl. Techniker HF Maschinenbau with a focus on Produktionstechnik.
