Brooke Foster

Brooke Foster has a diverse range of work experience. Brooke is currently working as a Commercial Real Estate Transactions and Business Litigation Associate Attorney at Bernkopf. Prior to this, they worked as a Legal Intern at the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court and as a Law Clerk at The Cohen Law Group.

In 2020, Brooke served as a Summer Legal Intern at the Administrative Office of the District Court. Here, they conducted legal research, which resulted in their work being recognized and included in the Jury Management Advisory Committee's report on jury trials during the pandemic. Brooke also edited citations for the annual legal update.

Brooke's earlier experiences include working as a Sales Associate at Sunglass Paradise, where they gained valuable customer service skills, and as a Telecounselor at the Florida State University Admissions Office, where they recruited prospective college students and organized information.

Furthermore, they were a Legal Intern at Capital Collateral Regional Counsel North, assisting with death penalty appeal cases by reviewing trial testimony, interviewing witnesses, and filing paperwork. Additionally, Brooke worked as a Tutor at Solution Skills Inc, where they provided one-on-one and group leadership experiences by tutoring middle and high school students in math and sciences and teaching SAT and ACT classes.

Brooke Foster completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Criminology at Florida State University from 2015 to 2019. In 2018, they also participated in the Florida State University International Program. Later, from 2019 to 2022, Brooke pursued their Doctor of Law (JD) degree at New England Law | Boston.
