Bret Barnard

Bret Barnard has over 14 years of experience in business development, beginning with their role as General Manager Business Development at Middle East Business Development (MEBD) in 2006. At MEBD, they were responsible for key business development initiatives in the oil and gas sector, with a specific focus on LNG and downstream petrochemical projects. Bret then moved on to Atlantic, Gulf & Pacific Company (AG&P) in 2015, where they served as Vice President of Business Development. In this role, they were technically and commercially strong in all areas of oil and gas business, and led both commercial and technical teams to fulfill organizational objectives and operational imperatives. In 2017, they joined Quantum Services as Director of Business Development, spearheading the development of supply relationships for the online startup platform and creating a value-driven proposition as a b2b technology company in the industry. Most recently, Bret has been working as a Business Development Manager at Bernstein.io since 2020.

Bret Barnard attended Temple University from 2017 to 2019, where they earned a Master of Science degree in Data Analytics & Advanced Business Analytics. Prior to that, they attended Stellenbosch University from 1999 to 2001, where they earned a Master of Business Administration degree in Management Consulting, E Commerce & E Strategy.
