Terra Weirich

Terra Weirich's work experience includes serving as the Senior Vice President of Investments at Bernstein Management Corporation since July 2020. In this role, they are responsible for strategically identifying and executing opportunities to maximize the value of a $2B portfolio of office, residential, and industrial assets in the greater DC Metro area. Prior to this, they worked as the Vice President of Investments at the same company from July 2018 to June 2020, where they focused on development, repositioning, asset management, financing, acquisitions, and dispositions.

Before joining Bernstein Management Corporation, they held the position of Vice President at CIM Group from 2005 to 2018. In this role, they sourced and evaluated urban real estate investment opportunities for various co-mingled funds and separate accounts, closing over $2.5 billion of acquisition, disposition, and loan transactions.

Terra Weirich started their career as a Financial Analyst at Cafritz Company from 2003 to 2005, where they managed residential units and office and industrial spaces on behalf of the Morris and Gwendolyn Cafritz Foundation. Prior to that, they worked as a Consultant at Navigant Consulting from 2000 to 2003, specializing in financial consulting services for the US Department of Justice. Terra also had a Summer Associate role at SNL Financial in 1999.

Terra Weirich has a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a concentration in Finance, Marketing, and Management from the UVA McIntire School of Commerce. Additionally, they hold a Master of Science degree in Real Estate and Infrastructure from The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School.
