LUIS CARLOS SANTOS SILVA has extensive experience in drilling and production of oil and gas wells, with a career spanning over 32 years at Petrobras. Currently retired, LUIS CARLOS held positions as Coordinator of Drilling Wells for oil and gas on Self-Elevating Platforms. Graduating from C.E. Lima Rêbelo in 1977 with a Scientific Course degree.
