Douglas Lempa has a strong background in institutional equity sales and trading. Douglas currently holds the position of Director of Institutional Equity Sales at AB Bernstein, a role they have held since July 2020. Prior to this, they worked at Barclays Investment Bank for nearly a decade in the same role. From 2008 to 2011, they served as an Associate in Institutional Equity Sales and Trading at Dahlman Rose & Co. Douglas also has experience as an Equity Research Intern at Stifel Nicolaus, where they worked briefly in 2007.
