Founded by John Bero in 1976 with a small team of architects and a vision to carefully rehabilitate buildings through an in-depth understanding of their historical context and physical evolution; we have expanded and carried on John’s original vision fostering decades-long relationships with clients, community organizations, and colleagues to ensure meaningful and lasting stewardship of our community’s collective history. Our work is driven by curiosity and creativity while ensuring sympathetic reuse and appropriate care so we can leave the best of our cultural heritage to future generations.
