Cindy Bosma is an experienced advisor, coach, and mentor specializing in growth, focus, and development for entrepreneurs in the Creative Industry. Since January 2020, Cindy has operated Boomlyn, providing consultancy to creatives and creative agencies on the business aspects of their work. In addition to this role, Cindy serves as an interim business advisor for the Beroepsorganisatie Nederlandse Ontwerpers (BNO) and is a jury member for the KVK Innovatie Top 100 in the Creative Industry. As a FutureMaker at FutureWomenX, Cindy collaborates with others to promote positive change and leadership. Prior to these roles, Cindy founded and owned design agencies, including CONCERN and CONFIRM, and co-founded a Master in Spatial Design program. With a background in commercial economics, Cindy has held various positions in leading advertising agencies throughout their career.

De Beroepsorganisatie Nederlandse Ontwerpers (BNO) is opgericht door, en voor ontwerpers. De geschiedenis van de vereniging gaat ruim honderd jaar terug. Nu is de BNO de grootste community van ontwerpers en ontwerpbureaus in Nederland, met een professioneel team dat ontwerpers en hun werk ondersteunt en onder de aandacht brengt. The Association of Dutch Designers, known by its Dutch abbreviation BNO, is an association founded by designers, for designers. Our history goes back more than a hundred years. What's more important is what we are today: the biggest community of designers and design agencies in the Netherlands. We're a professional team that supports and promotes designers and their profession.
