Robert Gardner

Robert Gardner has a diverse background in both education and automotive industries. Currently serving as a School Bus Driver and Substitute Teacher at Berrien County School District since March 2023, Robert has also been a Managing Partner at RiverCity Recruiting since January 2021, focusing on physician and medical career placements. Previously, Robert held the position of Regional Sales Director at Solera, Inc., managing automotive sales for Florida and Georgia, and directed performance at eLEAD CRM, overseeing account managers for a network of dealerships. Robert's automotive career began as a General Manager at Coggin Automotive and Scott-McRae Automotive Group, achieving significant profitability increases. Early in the career, Robert was recognized as Salesperson of the Year and promoted to Finance and Insurance Director at Key Royal Automotive. Robert holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business/Managerial Economics from Wofford College.
