Heather Shelby

Heather Shelby is an experienced Senior Graphic & Web Designer currently employed at Berrien RESA since September 2022, where responsibilities include website implementation, brand management, graphic design support, and social media management. As the Owner and Art Teacher at Spark. Ignite. Launch! Learning Academy since January 2019, Heather developed an after-school enrichment program and successfully raised funds for local charities. Past experience includes roles as Email Marketing, Automation & Customer Service Consultant at Outshinery, Creative Director at Moersch Hospitality Group, and Owner at LUXE Design Group. Heather began a career in design and web development in the late 1990s with positions at CEO Design and Pathfinders Advertising & Marketing Group, and holds a BFA in Graphic Design from Ball State University.
