Prior to this, they held various roles at Freight Systems, including Chief Operating Officer, Director Customer Relations, Regional Manager - West India, Branch Manager, Route Development Manager-USA, Assistant Manager Customer Service, and Management Trainee. Shiny Varghese completed a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) from Ness Wadia College of Commerce from 1997 to 2000. Following this, they pursued an MBA in International Business from IIBR, from 2000 to 2002.
